This product is used as a connecting element between the external network access to internal network elements on subscriber's network, requiring, for this, the need of a Optical Patch Cord for endpoint connection to the active data element.
It has the following main features:
- It allows to realize the termination of an optical cable, through direct connectorization or spliced to a pre-connectorized extension.
- Accommodation splices for mechanical splices or fusions.
- Can be used with SC Simplex and LC-Duplex connectorized systems.
- Has hiden closing system underneath the front cover;
- Has two inputs/outputs for cables or optical cords.
- Its structure is composed of base and cover and allows internal accomodation of optical fiber.
