The Pre-Terminated Slimbox Drop Terminal FK-CTOP-16P (Inline) closures allow optical cables from the distribution network and are the point of interconnection between this network and the access network. The connection and disconnection of the drops are performed without affecting the optical circuits of the adjacent drops.The product is design to allow the installation of 8 or 16 external reinforced SlimConnector adapters. Each door is identified on the outside of the closure and has the advantage of not having to open the box for client activation / deactivation. You can open and close the closures without interrupting their operating circuits. Supports up to 72 optical splice and can be upgraded up to 96 splices.

Description

The Locked Pre-Terminated Slimbox Drop Terminal FK-CTOP (INLINE) 17P / 18P allows the use of pre-terminated cables in the input and output connections targeting to reduce the activation time of new clients, without the need of assembling field connectors in the drop cables nor splicing the fibers.

The 18P model is supplied with 18 ruggedized adapters, one for the input, one for extension of the network and 16 ports to connect clients.

The 17P model is supplied with 17 ruggedized adatpters, one for the input and 16 ports to connect clients.

Application

Outdoor aerial or underground networks (small buildings).

Designed for wire rope, facade or pole installations.
