Optical Splitters are passive components that perform the optical signal splitting in a PON network. They are composed of one or two input fibers and N output fibers, which divide the power of the optical signal proportionally between them, characterizing them as balanced splitters.There are also the unbalanced splitters which consist of an input fiber and 2 output fibers, which divide the power of the optical signal asymmetrically between them. That is, the power of the optical signal can be divided into different proportions according to the need of each application.

There are also the unbalanced splitters that consists of one input fiber and two output fibers, with assimetrical optical power distribution between them. That is, the optical power can be divided on different proportions according to the need of each aplication.

   Works on standard optical communication windows: 1310nm, 1490nm and 1550nm.

   The LGX Modular Splitters are specifically developed for plug-and-play aplications, increasing the speed and organization of the installation.
