The RightWave EDF portfolio has a broad EDF product line with each fiber type optimized for different applications.RightWave EDF HP09-G2 is a high output power fiber, designed particularly for amplifiers with higher pump and output powers, aiming to optimize efficiency and minimize non-linearities in this regime. It has an optimized gain shape, offering reduced gain ripple in both the extended and conventional C-band, compared with conventional fibers. The bend performance allows coiling down to 5 mm radius, along with the 200 µm coating diameter this helps to reduce the footprint of the amplifier.
