Interconnect Cordages with OFNP rated jacket materials will be changing to a new supply chain of raw material. The change is due to a discontinuation of raw materials from currently supply chain which was targeted to end by the end of 2014. The supplier extended discontinuation of based raw materials long enough to complete full requalification of OFNP rated cordages to alternate materials. This change will impact Interconnect Cords such as 3.0 mm, 4.8 mm and Flat Ribbon cordage products. The AccuMax® Building Cable product series will also be converted to alternate materials.
