OFS Fitel, LLC (“OFS”) and National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative on behalf of itself and its wholly -owned subsidiary Pulse Broadband, LLC entered into a Master Supply Agreement with an Effective Date of October 22, 2020. OFS is hereby notifying you in writing (pursuant to Notice paragraph 20) that effective April 1, 2025 OFS will be changing its name from OFS Fitel, LLC to Lightera, LLC. The OFS legal entity structure, aside from its name, will not change. For the avoidance of doubt, Lightera, LLC f/k/a OFS Fitel, LLC EIN Number will remain 62-1864622.
