Construction made of Totally dry loose tubes (gel-free) protected with hydro expandable elements to prevent entry and migration of moisture. Tubes assembled around the central element, the core of the cable is protected against moisture by hydro expandable materials and an inner jacket of thermoplastic material. The assembly is protected by an outer jacket of thermoplastic weather resistant material.
