Please be aware that the information on the period of retention will be done at the time of collection – for example, when a form is filled or you perform the registration at our platform.

In certain cases, Lightera may be unable to delete your personal data without also deleting your user account. Some personal data may need to be retained even after a deletion request, in order to comply with legal and/or contractual obligations.
