The AccuRoll DC TL RR Cable incorporates cutting-edge rollable ribbon technology, the latest optical fiber ribbon design from Lightera. This unique structure features fibers that are partially bonded at intermittent points, enabling mass fusion ribbon splicing while allowing for easier individual fiber breakout compared to traditional flat ribbons. These rollable ribbons can be flexibly routed like individual fibers, making them ideal for use in compact closures and splice trays. Additionally, its gel-free construction simplifies splice preparation, reducing both time and effort during installation.

Delivering twice the fiber density of comparable flat ribbon cables, the AccuRoll DC TL RR Cable maintains a familiar and cost-effective outside plant (OSP) design. By combining rollable ribbons with a gel-free structure, this cable is smaller and lighter than conventional flat ribbon cables. Optimized for both blown and pulled installations, the AccuRoll DC TL RR Cable offers superior kink and crush resistance, making it an excellent choice for underground, direct buried, and lashed aerial applications.

Designed for seamless indoor and outdoor transitions, the AccuRoll DC TL Cable features an indoor riser-rated construction that meets stringent flame resistance and safety requirements. This dual-purpose capability eliminates the need for splicing when transitioning from OSP to indoor environments, streamlining deployments and reducing overall costs. The cable has successfully passed rigorous flame and riser tests, minimizing hazardous smoke emissions and ensuring reliable performance in tunnels and other challenging environments.
