The TARS 45U High Density Cabinet is designed and optimized for deployment and high-density storage of optical terminations and connections in enterprise, colocation, cloud, AI and/or HPC data centers.

Description

The TARS 45U – High Density Cabinet was developed and optimized for high-density deployment and storage of optical terminations and connections in enterprise, colocation, cloud, and/or HPC data centers. It meets the requirements for successful mass and/or single splices, as well as pre-connectorized terminations.

This cabinet features a multifunctional, high-density structure, optimized to house high-density fiber optic modules for terminating and distributing single-tube fiber optic cables, as well as high-fiber Ribbon cables.

High-density solution for installation environments with reduced depth and various mounting layout configurations. For more details consult the TARS Solution Application Guide, available on Lightera's website.

Provides only front access for installation, operation, and maintenance.

Large entry/exit paths for cables and optical cords on the top of the cabinet with brushes to facilitate cable entry.

Solid and smooth doors, double front, pivoting and with 2-point locking with cremone type lock.

Standalone structure suitable for distributing up to 3,456 fibers with LC type connectors.

Advantage

This TARS cabinet is capable of supporting and housing a larger number of optical connections while occupying less space, allowing for the expansion of services such as accommodating more equipment and a higher client density, without the need for major physical expansions, combining secure routing and practical maintenance.

It can also be used in retrofits of telecommunications entrance rooms, container data centers and edge data centers to transition cables from external to internal environments.
