Lightera Code of Conduct
The Lightera Code of Conduct establishes the ethical standards and principles that guide our daily decisions and long-term actions. Anti-Corruption & Anti-Bribery Policy
Lightera maintains a zero-tolerance approach to corruption and bribery. This policy defines clear rules and controls to prevent improper payments, gifts, or advantages, including specific guidance for interactions with government officials and third parties.
It applies globally and complements the Lightera Code of Conduct.
Reporting Concerns
Lightera encourages employees and business partners to report potential violations of our policies or applicable laws.
Concerns may be raised through internal reporting channels, management, Human Resources, Risk Management, or approved whistleblower mechanisms, as outlined within the policies themselves.
